Operating System: Windows XP
Issue: After removing password still getting a login screen or welcome screen
Fix:
1. Click on the Start Button on the bottom left corner
2. Click on Run
3. Type in the following command “control userpasswords2″ and click OK
4. Highlight the user account you want to log into automatically and uncheck the box for
“Users must enter a username and password to use this computer” Click on Apply
4. You will be prompted for your user name and password, Click OK
5. Restart your computer
6. You’ll be logged in automatically without the Login Screen or Welcome Screen
